Derrick L. Stevens is a native of the Clarksville/Ft. Campbell area and has traveled and lived in various places throughout his life due to being a military dependent. 17 of those years were in Anchorage, Alaska where he attended UAA and for 10 years he worked for their Postal System. In 1999 Mr. Stevens relocated back to the area with his wife and children (now he has 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren) where he has held many roles with Nia Association before taking on his current position as Chief Operations Officer.

Heidi Hubbard came to Nia association in 2000 after retiring from the US Army. She has been married to her husband for 35 years and they have adult children. She holds the position as Director of Logistics which involves her maintaining the computers, vehicles, and rental properties. Ms. Hubbard helped write the original Standard Operating Policies for Nia as well as serving as the Policy Review Committee Chair. She has stated that she loves her job because she has "a passion to serve the special individuals we serve and those that assist in their care".

Janelle Ferrier is Nia's Human Resources Manager. Ms. Ferrier's received her Master's in Business Administration and her goal was to earn a job working in Human Resources. She is a wife and mother of three girls who said, "I believe in the mission of Nia and the people it supports and I am very blessed to have obtained this position." She is looking forward to utilizing her education as well as her work experiences to benefit the mission of Nia.

Eric Moore is from Missouri and has worked for Nia for two years. Prior to working for Nia, Mr. Moore worked as a Job Coach, Counselor, and Life Skills teacher for other agencies. He was hired as a Developmental Support Professional, but was promoted in January 2018 to Incident Manager Coordinator/ Quality Assurance Coordinator. Mr. Moore enjoys working for Nia, and says “Every day is different, and I enjoy my position.”

John Brinson is originally from Queens, New York. He also has lived in Baltimore, Maryland, and now resides with his family here in Clarksville, TN. Mr. Brinson has 5 years of history in the Human Services field. The majority of his experience is in Youth Rehabilitation Services ranging from psychiatric facilities to juvenile detention. Mr. Brinson has worked with Nia in several positions from a PC, to a QAC, and was promoted in January to Disabilities Service Officer.
